“When Jess Korschot decided to go into business back in 1921, he made a commitment to honesty and integrity. That, he knew, would build a business. It did, and for decades now, that same philosophy has guided Korschot's. By design, the company has limited its growth to mid-north Indiana, allowing us to focus our efforts on continuing the product and quality traditions established in 1921. Although both Jess and John are gone, their names carry on in both our business name and our business philosophy. They built a reputation of honesty and integrity that remains the cornerstone of our business today.”

Most heating and air conditioning companies will take the time to figure out how to install your equipment, which benefits them and helps them save money and time. Korschot’s History

1921 – Started at 14^th Street home; opened a shop in the back yard.

1954 – Moved to 414 N. Earl Avenue, Lafayette, IN

1999 – Moved to 810 Farabee Court South, Lafayette, IN

2015 – Moved to 522 S. Earl Avenue, Lafayette, IN
